Welcome to the SermonDone Support page! Below you'll find help with Billing, Cancelling, and Bug Fixes.
Billing Support
All billing functions are managed inside your Dashboard > Billing Tab. From there, you can:
- Update your payment method
- View and download billing history & receipts
- Upgrade or change your subscription
Tip: If you can't find what you need, use the Intercom chat bot (bottom-right corner of your screen if you are logged in) to ask a question directly.
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Go to your Dashboard > Billing Tab.
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
- You'll still have access until the end of your current billing period.
Warning: Once cancelled, your account will switch to the free/basic plan. You can re-subscribe anytime through the Billing Tab.
Bug Fix & Technical Issues
Quick Fixes
- Log out and log back in.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- Make sure you're using the latest version of Chrome, Safari, or Edge.
Report a Bug
Use the Intercom chat bot in your account dashboard. Include:
- A short description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce it
- Screenshots (if possible)
