    Welcome to the SermonDone Support page! Below you'll find help with Billing, Cancelling, and Bug Fixes.


    Billing Support

    All billing functions are managed inside your Dashboard > Billing Tab. From there, you can:

    • Update your payment method
    • View and download billing history & receipts
    • Upgrade or change your subscription

    Tip: If you can't find what you need, use the Intercom chat bot (bottom-right corner of your screen if you are logged in) to ask a question directly.


    Cancelling Your Subscription

    • Go to your Dashboard > Billing Tab.
    • Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
    • You'll still have access until the end of your current billing period.

    Warning: Once cancelled, your account will switch to the free/basic plan. You can re-subscribe anytime through the Billing Tab.


    Bug Fix & Technical Issues

    Quick Fixes

    • Log out and log back in.
    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
    • Make sure you're using the latest version of Chrome, Safari, or Edge.

    Report a Bug

    Use the Intercom chat bot in your account dashboard. Include:

    • A short description of the issue
    • Steps to reproduce it
    • Screenshots (if possible)

    Our team will review and respond as quickly as possible.
